RTR New Vehicles Warranty
Your new RTR Vehicles Ford Mustang RTR, Mach E RTR, or Ford Ranger RTR in New Zealand is covered by a 100,000 km or 5 year warranty to match the length of your Ford NZ new vehicle warranty.
Your new RTR vehicle has been assembled by Mustang Motorsport in Auckland, NZ.
On behalf of RTR Vehicles USA (Concord, North Carolina), CTB Performance has been a fully authorized “Built by RTR” service and install facility in New Zealand since 2018 and has completed assembly in excess of 300 brand new Ford RTR vehicles sold in Ford Dealerships throughout NZ.
CTB Performance has also worked in close conjunction with Ford NZ as the official “Ford NZ Garage” for over 25 years.
As the authorized RTR Vehicles importer, distributor, and official RTR Build Center in NZ, CTB Performance provides your new RTR Vehicles additional warranty for all brand new RTR Vehicles built in NZ, which can be found here.
All Ford Dealerships in New Zealand are authorized by Ford NZ and RTR to perform RTR Vehicles service work.

General Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, all items sold on RTR Vehicles NZ will be covered by a limited warranty ensuring the product is free from material defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date to the original purchaser. RTR Vehicles will not warranty items that have been modified or altered outside of those modifications set forth by RTR Vehicles via necessity per the parts installation instructions. This includes, but is not limited to; trimming, drilling, painting, or any modification that changes the original design, fit, finish, or purpose of said part. RTR Vehicles will also not warranty any item that is deemed to have been damaged due to improper installation. RTR Vehicles NZ makes no other warranties, of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed, implied, oral, or written.
RTR Vehicles Licensed Item Exceptions
Electrical - Limited 2 year warranty from original purchase date
Suspension - Limited 1 year warranty from original purchase date
Wheels - 1 year finish / limited lifetime structural warranty from original purchase date
Lighting - 2 year housing and functionality, 90 day external wiring
Non - RTR Vehicles Licensed Items
Warranty is the responsibility of the Manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customers, RTR Vehicles will be happy to try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, but we have no final say in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.).
RTR Vehicles is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
